Inderpaul (Indy) Hari graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 2009 and graduated from the University of Birmingham with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2013; in 2016, he was admitted to the Alberta Bar.
Indy has a general practice working in multiple areas of law, focusing on:
- Corporate Law (incorporations, share sales and purchases, litigation, leases, and contracts);
- Residential and Commercial Real Estate (purchases, sales, refinancing, and foreclosures);
- Wills and Estates (probate and estate applications, wills, power of attorneys, and health care directives); and
- Personal Injury (motor vehicle accidents and slip and falls).
Indy has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta – including the Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal.
