Ken Slupek was called to the bar in the Province of Alberta in 1990 after graduating from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 1989. In addition to his Law Degree Ken holds undergraduate degrees in both Science and Arts from the University of Alberta.
Ken has a general civil litigation practice including personal injury claims, debt collections, wrongful dismissal, construction law and civil defence. Further, Ken is an experienced family law lawyer focusing on various areas including divorce, matrimonial (family) property, common law property, custody, access, child support and spousal support.
Ken has represented clients at all levels of Court in Alberta, including Provincial Court, Court of Queen’s Bench, Surrogate Court, and the Court of Appeal. Ken has participated in many forms of Alternate Dispute Resolution including arbitration, mediation, and Judicial Dispute Resolution.
In his free time Ken likes spending time with his family, skating, rollerblading, cycling and travelling.
